Papageno in Regensburg

Great food and in non-Corona times in a very nice location. Pizzas are very big and taste great. Prices are also perfectly fine. The service is very hard-working and super friendly.

Very tasty Italian with large portions and very friendly staff. In summer the terrace with a view of the Danube is a dream! We like to come back again and again.

The place serves some really good food. Even though the menu does not offer you a lot of choices, whatever choices you have would not disappoint. Worth a visit. Try the tiramisu and Bruschetta for sure. ;)

One star because the staff was really super nice! The food was a disappointment! I ordered venison for 18 euros and it didn't taste like anything and the meat was tough .. You can eat pizza. I also found the ambience rather carelessly furnished ... So not there again.

Wonderful atmosphere. The little touches like a small little side table in the outside eating area for drinks was neat! The servers were pleasant and attentive.

We went yesterday, Friday evening without a reservation. After a short wait at the bar, we were offered a table. Very delicious food, Aperol also very good (sometimes inedible in other locations) and, above all, all conditions very attentive and very nice. Rarely seen such good staff. The blonde lady with the long hair was particularly attentive. We were definitely not there for the last time. 😊

I would never have imagined that in Regensburg, I would eat such good Mediterranean dishes :) Tasty dishes, nice and competent service, decent waiting time. I recommend.

All the tables were immaculately cleaned and the chairs were extremely comfortable, and the food wasn't the only thing that made the eyes widen at this inn! Of course, I love to try out new places and am always on the lookout for new places to eat, but I will remain devoted to this place. For my part, I am happy to come here with my relatives and can rely on the impeccable service. I found the offer extremely pleasant.

Very tasty big Italian in Regensburg near the Danube with a nice patio. Pizza and pasta are delicious. The service is quick and the food was there quickly. As almost everywhere where it is good and beautiful in Regensburg, it is advisable to make a reservation, otherwise you have little chance of a free space. It can get a bit noisy inside.

We were there yesterday. The food was delicious, only the mixed salad could use a better / or more dressing. Everyone was very friendly and quick. Even our dog was given water without being asked. Thanks to the reservation, the place was also chosen for dog owners.

very little english so not a very tourist friendly place, food was ok-ish, portions were very big. went with some fellow wine producers that spoke german so it went better, but also with some italian producers sooo...XD

Pastas were amazing and pizzas looked great. They do have a patio but we opted for indoors since the sun was beaming which brings me to this point... No A/C which is typical in Europe but I'm just saying, get yourself a cold beer.

Food was great. The pizzas are very big. Service is good and very friendly. Only downside that it is quite loud. But there you can see over it.

They make they own pasta and sauce.. Best I ever tasted :')..... (please forgive me grandma).

Very delicious italian food. The Tagliatelle Salmone are a blast! Staff is friendly and the place has a very cozy (but upscale) atmosphere. For wine lovers they also have a great selection.

Very good italian food with good service. Don't forget to reserve a table because it often is very full. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but sometimes it's a little loud.

Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices

The gnocci was simply amazing. The price is a bit high for the portions, but worth it for the taste. The outdoor patio is also lovely.
